Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our" — Refers to Homestead Enterprises LLC doing business as AppTunnel.io.
• "Portal" — The AppTunnel.io Web Management Portal.
• "You", "Your" — The individual or entity accessing the Portal.
• "Server Admin" — Users with full platform-level access.
• "Tenant Admin" — Users with access limited to their own tenant's data.
• "Authorized Seat" — One (1) running instance of the AppTunnel Tray application on a single physical or virtual machine, counted per machine regardless of the operating-system account or credentials in use. A Windows account shared across ten machines constitutes ten (10) Authorized Seats. See the Software License Agreement for the full definition and enforcement terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Portal, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities & Permitted Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your separate License Agreement.

You may not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, access data belonging to other tenants, or use the Portal in any manner that violates applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your organization's deployment does not exceed the Licensed Seat Count associated with your subscription. Each machine running the AppTunnel Tray application constitutes one (1) Authorized Seat, irrespective of the operating-system account used on that machine.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment of applicable fees, or to protect the integrity of the service.

You may request termination of your account at any time. Upon termination, we will retain data for a reasonable period as required for legal or operational purposes.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Portal.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the Portal and updating the Effective Date. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
